Method

The so called medical room book is based on a data base and presents the core part of all our plannings due to the fact that this tool is permanently revolving and thus adaptating to the different project requirements.
The room book obtains all information concerning equipment, intersections, costs a.s.o. which can be generated in different report files at any time. Cost monitoring from the initial calculation up to the final invoice can be documented by this planning tool as well as documention of changes and all protocols of the whole planning process.

The medical engineering room book is also the intersection to all CAD plans and is thus the basis for tenders.

For tender generation a separate software is available, tender packages thus remain flexible at any time since they are always based on standardised modules.

All reports and protocolls are also generated based on a data bank.
