our offices have state-of-the-art equipment.
all workstations are connected via a network and a server. the automated archiving and saving software installed guarantees maximum data security.
all documents and plans are digitally stored and filed in a sophisticated storage program. in this way we are in the position to meticulously record all phases of planning. each plan is drawn in cad and plotted, which means that every plan is an original and there are no copies.
our a0 scanner enables us to convert old plans into digital form (in colour, too) and to process them on the computer.
our text processing systems use windows and ms-office, but conversion programs make them compatible with any other system.
Dthe room book is based on an access database and enables us to produce a great variety of reports and calculations. data can be transferred, for instance, into an facility management program anytime.
